The SaunaLife G11 is an 8-person outdoor sauna suite with two equal-sized rooms under one roof: a sauna room with two-tier, L-shaped benches, and a lounge and dressing room with its own seating, divided by a tempered bronze glass door. Out front, a shrouded terrace has a table and benches for relaxing before and after your session, plus a second table with storage underneath for firewood if you use a wood-burning stove. Round windows bring in natural light, the rear window opens, and the lockable wooden front door adds security. Thermo-Spruce walls resist decay and need little upkeep, and the kit includes a full shingle roof with underlayment. It is a good fit for a larger yard and for hosting family and friends. Lighting is not included, so add it as an option below. Choose the Black Finish and you also get three 2.7 L tubs of SaunaShield black sauna paint. Designed by SaunaLife and handcrafted in Northern Europe.

Flatbed Freight Shipping: A flat $1,990 freight fee applies to continental US orders and is added at checkout. Your sauna ships in a crate on a flatbed truck and is delivered to your address.

Estimated Delivery: Typically arrives in 7–12 business days (dispatches in 3–5 business days).

Unloading Your Delivery: This sauna ships in a large, heavy crate, so it is delivered by flatbed truck instead of a standard liftgate truck. The crate is too large and heavy for a liftgate, and offloading from the truck is the customer’s responsibility. The driver does not unload the crate. You have a few flexible ways to handle delivery day:

- Arrange Equipment: Have a forklift, tractor with forks, skid steer, or crane on site to lift the pallet directly off the truck.

- Terminal Pickup: Collect the shipment directly at your local freight terminal using your own flatbed trailer or by hiring a local tilt-bed tow truck service.

- Manual Hand-Offloading: Cut the shipping straps and unpack the pallet inside the back of the truck, then carry the individual pieces down one by one. If you choose this option, you will need several friends or family members on hand to help move the pieces off the truck bed.

Real-Time Tracking: Email tracking is sent as soon as your sauna ships.

Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will call 24–48 hours in advance to schedule a delivery window. Please answer or call them back promptly, as carriers may charge storage fees for unconfirmed or delayed deliveries.

Inspection Upon Arrival: Please inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible outer packaging damage on the driver's receipt, or refuse the shipment if severely damaged, and contact us immediately.
