What is Truemed?

Truemed is the service that makes HSA/FSA payment possible at checkout. Through an online health assessment, a practitioner checks whether a product is right for your health needs. If you qualify, you receive a Letter of Medical Necessity, which lets you use your HSA or FSA funds.

What is a Letter of Medical Necessity?

A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is a letter from a practitioner confirming that a product supports your health needs. If you pay with a regular card, it's what you use to claim reimbursement from your HSA or FSA, with the guide Truemed sends you.
