Shipping is 100% FREE anywhere in the Continental US! To get your sauna to you as safely and quickly as possible, we ship it directly from our authorized manufacturer partner warehouses located right here in the United States.
We will process your order within 1–2 business days. If your sauna or cold plunge is in stock, it typically ships out within 3–7 business days, and we’ll send tracking information straight to your inbox.
A specialized freight truck will deliver the shipment right to your curbside using a liftgate. The carrier will call you directly ahead of time to schedule a convenient delivery window so you know exactly when to expect it. All we ask is that you give the crates a quick look upon arrival and note any external marks on the driver’s receipt so we can ensure everything is perfect for you.
It depends on the specific model you fall in love with, but we make it incredibly easy to figure out! Many of our cozy 1 and 2 person infrared saunas are highly efficient and plug right into a standard 120V residential outlet.
However, larger multi-person infrared models, hybrids, and traditional steam saunas feature more powerful heating systems that require a dedicated 240V circuit (similar to what powers a household clothes dryer or an EV charger). You’ll find the exact electrical requirements listed clearly on each product page, and we always recommend having a licensed electrician take a quick look to get your space safely prepped!
Indoor saunas are carefully crafted from natural, untreated timbers meant strictly for climate-controlled spaces like master suites, home gyms, or finished basements. Placing an indoor model outdoors will completely void the manufacturer warranty.

These are custom-engineered from the ground up with weather-resistant roofing systems and specially treated timbers built to beautifully handle rain, snow, and sun year-round.
Not difficult at all! Most of our premium saunas are specifically engineered for effortless, "plug-and-play" home assembly. They arrive as pre-built wall, floor, and roof panels that intuitively clip, buckle, or tongue-and-groove together like a simple puzzle. You won't need a massive toolbox - a standard screwdriver, a level, and a rubber mallet are usually all it takes.
Because the solid wood panels can be a bit heavy and awkward to balance alone, we highly recommend grabbing a partner or a friend to help you lift them into place. Most indoor models can be completely set up and ready to heat in just under an hour or two! Our outdoor models are just as simple and rewarding to assemble - everything arrives precisely pre-cut and pre-fitted as a straightforward kit, meaning you or any local handy-person can easily have your backyard sanctuary up and running in just an afternoon.
