Who is Phoebe?

Phoebe is our rescue pup. We adopted her as a puppy, and it didn't take long to realize her personality was equal parts quirky, joyful, and completely free-spirited - just like her namesake, the iconic 90s TV character.

Phoebe brought a fresh, grounding energy into our home. She reminded us daily of the importance of staying present, shaking off stress, and making room for self-care. Combining her joyful spirit with our passion for health and recovery, Phoebe Wellness was born.
