Our story

A rescue pup, a hot sauna and a daily reset

Phoebe Wellness is a small, independent shop bringing home saunas and cold plunges to people across the US. Here's how it started.

Who is Phoebe?

Meet the namesake

Phoebe is our rescue pup. We adopted her as a puppy, and it didn't take long to see her personality: quirky, joyful and completely free-spirited, just like her namesake, the iconic 90s TV character.

She's also a world-class relaxer. Watching her shake off a stressful moment and flop down somewhere warm is a daily reminder to slow down, stay present and make time to look after yourself.

Put her easygoing spirit together with a love of heat and cold, and Phoebe Wellness was born. She's our mascot, our chief tester of warm spots and the name on the door.

The Daily Reset

Hi, I'm Adam

My way into wellness was contrast therapy: a long, warm sauna followed by a short, sharp cold plunge. It started as recovery after a workout and quickly became the best part of my day. It's not just about the body. It's a full reset for your head, too.

I believe home should be your sanctuary: a place to quiet the noise, recharge and look after yourself. A sauna or a cold plunge isn't a luxury flex. It's ten quiet minutes before bed, a cold dip after a run or a slow start to a Sunday. Small moments that add up.

That's why I started Phoebe Wellness: to help you bring that ritual home, with brands I trust and straight answers along the way.
