Free freight. On all continental US orders. Your plunge arrives on a pallet by liftgate truck, delivered to the curb.
Typical timing. Dispatches in 1–2 business days, then arrives in 5–10 business days. You get email tracking once it ships.
Delivery appointment. The carrier calls 24–48 hours ahead to book a window. An adult needs to be there to sign.
Check it on arrival. Inspect the packaging before signing. Note any outer damage on the driver's receipt, or refuse the shipment if it's badly damaged, and contact us right away.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, location or carrier delays can change transit times.
Mostly done. The tub and cedar exterior arrive pre-assembled.
Prep the spot. Use a solid, level surface (concrete, reinforced deck or patio) rated for 750+ lbs.
Connect a chiller. Pre-drilled side ports let you hook up an optional 0.8 or 1.0 HP unit without special tools.
1-year manufacturer warranty. Your tub comes with Dynamic Cold Therapy's 1-year warranty. Keep your order confirmation handy.
