The Virta HL80E is a floor-standing 8kW electric heater built for medium to large sauna rooms, from 177 to 431 cubic feet. Think family sauna, backyard cabin or a home gym that finally got its own steam.
It is sold as the heater only, which makes it a simple swap if you are replacing an old heater or already have a Harvia control and stones. You can add a Xenio CX45 or Fenix FX45 control and the three boxes of Harvia stones it needs on this page. Designed, engineered and made in Finland.

Install: Mount the heater on the floor against a side wall or in a corner, following the clearances in the Harvia manual. A licensed electrician should do the wiring.
Control: A Xenio CX45 or Fenix FX45 control (sold separately) mounts outside the sauna room and connects to the heater and its sensor.
Stones: Rinse the stones, then stack them loosely around and above the elements so air can flow.
