Check it on arrival. Inspect the packaging before signing. Note any outer damage on the driver's receipt, or refuse the shipment if it's badly damaged, and contact us right away.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, location or carrier delays can change transit times.
Install: Floor mount, following the clearances in the Harvia manual. A licensed electrician should do the wiring.
Control: Your digital control mounts outside the sauna room and connects to the heater and its sensor.
Stones: Stones are sold separately. Rinse them, then stack loosely so air can flow.

Good to know. Harvia requires professional installation by a qualified electrician and proof of it. Wear parts like heating elements and sauna stones are not covered. Report any shipping damage within 7 days of delivery.
